About Me

I started photography later in life, probably in my 30s. It all began when a friend of mine said, "Alfred, you have an eye for photography. Why don't you give it a shot?"

I was reluctant at first because I had no real interest in photography. But I decided to give it a try anyway. Fast forward 10 years and counting, and it has become my full-time profession.

Photography: My journey started with product photography. Armed with a freshly bought compact camera, I photographed products for an online store and helped manage its inventory, selling items through Facebook Marketplace.

Over time, I moved into event photography, mainly covering children's birthday parties and small-scale corporate events. Eventually, my work expanded into live music photography before evolving into what I do today — documenting important corporate events and creating brand content for businesses.

I've had the privilege of working with clients such as Microsoft, Aramco, Speedcast, Singapore Airlines, and many others. Beyond events, I also help founder-led brands create photo and video content for their websites and social media platforms.

Videography: I've always been fascinated by films — the cinematic camera movements, the colours, and the stories behind them.

About halfway through my photography journey, I stepped into the world of videography and fell in love with it almost immediately.

Today, together with my team, I help brands document small to medium-scale events by capturing both the visual and audio experience. This includes event highlight videos, full-length seminar recordings, fireside chats, panel discussions, and professional audio recording.

In addition, we work with founder-led brands to plan and produce brand story films that allow customers to better understand the people behind the business. Through emotionally driven, story-led films, we help brands build trust, connection, and long-term relationships with their audience.

Consultant & Content Strategist: Over the years, being involved in the planning process with my clients has taught me valuable lessons about branding, marketing, and storytelling.

I've learned that photos and videos are not just creative assets — they're tools for solving business problems, communicating value, and building meaningful connections with customers.

This experience has allowed me to further serve my clients through content consulting and strategy development. Because without a strong story or long-term strategy, even the most beautifully produced photo or video can become just another piece of content.

The goal isn't simply to create visuals. It's to create content that helps your audience understand who you are, what you stand for, and why your product or service matters to them.
