Frequently Asked Questions

In recent years, I’ve seen a growing number of brands wanting to share their stories—and this service is built exactly for that.
When I first started photography and videography almost 10 years ago, it was challenging to convince brands to invest in story-driven content. Common questions came up: Why should I tell my story? Who am I? Will this bring sales? What if I don’t have a story? At the time, storytelling wasn’t always well received.
Today, things have changed. Social media is more accessible and more saturated than ever. Many brands now offer similar products or services—so the question becomes: how do you stand out?
The answer is simple: you tell your story.
While products and services may look similar on the surface, they are never truly the same—because the people behind them are different. Every founder has a unique background, set of experiences, challenges, and lessons learned. Those differences shape how a brand exists and evolves.
By integrating your story into your brand, you attract customers who resonate with you on a personal level. You build trust, connection, and eventually, a community—not just an audience.
That’s why having a strong brand story video on your social media platforms or website is no longer optional—it’s a must!

It’s simple. Drop me an email, send a WhatsApp message, or fill in the form below.
To get things moving, I’ll need to understand more about your brand—your vision, target audience, the value you bring to your customers, the challenges you’re facing, and your long-term goals. This helps me craft a clear content strategy from the start, so we can save time and dive straight into creating content that truly aligns with your brand.

Over the years, I’ve handled productions on my own, with a small team, or with a larger crew. Naturally, bigger teams often mean faster setups and more efficiency—but also higher costs.
To make things simple and budget-friendly, I created two packages.
1-Person Team: Ideal for smaller projects or half-day shoots, where I handle everything myself—from shooting to post-editing.
2-Person Team: A full-day setup where my main assistant helps streamline production, making setups faster, delegating tasks efficiently, and saving time overall.
Package B goes beyond just filming. You also receive a tailored content strategy, short-form videos, and practical tips for creating consistent content. The goal is to give you maximum value, helping you share your brand story effectively without breaking the budget.

I get it—sometimes you just need something simple. But video production is rarely as simple as it looks. Even the videos we see on YouTube or social media often have a lot happening behind the scenes.
It starts with a solid content strategy and clear direction. A video may look simple, but the ideas, planning, and execution behind it are what make people watch until the end. Great visuals or audio alone aren’t enough—they need to support the story and purpose.
On top of that, production involves:
Setting the scene properly
Allowing time for retakes and experimentation
Making the shoot fun and comfortable for talents
Using the right equipment for crisp visuals
Recording and mixing high-quality audio
Every piece of content you put online reflects your brand. Think of it like a handshake—your audience decides in the first few seconds if they want to stay or scroll away. Investing in well-planned, high-quality content ensures your brand makes a strong first impression every time.

Yes—full-day shoots are recommended for brand story or corporate videos. These videos often include a combination of talking-head segments, scenes of your products or services in action, or your team working behind the scenes.
Having a full day gives us ample time to capture everything properly, including retakes, blending different ideas, and reframing shots as needed. Even a simple shot list can take longer than expected due to unforeseen challenges, so scheduling a full day ensures the process is smooth and stress-free.
The goal is to create content in a way that’s efficient, focused, and enjoyable for everyone involved—allowing the team to do their best work without rushing and capturing authentic, high-quality footage.

I help with both planning and execution, as well as refining ideas you already have.
At the end of the day, it’s your story, creative direction, and vision—my role is to help bring them to life. Some clients come in with a very clear direction. In those cases, I place my creativity second and focus on executing their vision thoughtfully and beautifully. If your goal is to move from point A to point B, I’ll find the best way to visually get you there—using my experience and creative insight to support your message, not override it.
On the other hand, some clients need help developing ideas and direction from scratch. In those situations, I’m here to guide the process, shape the concept, and build a clear content plan together.
Either way, everything starts with a clear understanding of what we’re creating and how we’re going to do it—before we even begin shooting.

I aim to deliver the final content as quickly as possible, often on the same day.
I understand that purchasing photography or videography services can sometimes feel unclear—you can’t see or touch the final product in advance. That’s why I prioritise fast turnaround and clear communication. On shoot days, regardless of whether the session is 2 hours or longer, I usually dedicate the rest of the day to editing.
For videos, a first draft is typically delivered on the same day, giving you more time to review and request changes if needed. In cases where I have overlapping projects or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may extend to within 1 working day, but I’ll always communicate this clearly.
My goal is to keep the process efficient, transparent, and stress-free.

Content performance can vary. Sometimes results take time, and other times a piece of content may gain traction very quickly. That’s why I encourage clients to think beyond viral numbers and focus on purpose-driven content, not just immediate results.
You might have a video or photo that goes viral—bringing high engagement and follower growth—but very few sales. On the other hand, you may see lower engagement numbers with only a handful of messages, yet those conversations convert into real customers. Over time, this can help you build a small but loyal community that genuinely supports your brand.
The goal of content is to serve a purpose. If your brand already offers a strong product or service, content exists to help customers connect with you on a more personal level—building trust, credibility, and long-term relationships.
Consistency and clarity matter more than chasing one-off results.
