Frequently Asked Questions

  • This service is for busy brands who want to show up consistently on social media—but don’t have the time, system, or clarity to do it themselves.

If you know visual content matters but aren’t sure what to post, how to plan it, or how to make it feel cohesive, this is built for you. We focus on strategy-led photo and video content, created in 1–2 focused shoot days, with bulk deliverables you can use over weeks or months.

  • It’s simple. Drop me an email, send a WhatsApp message, or fill in the form below.

To get things moving, I’ll need to understand more about your brand—your vision, target audience, the value you bring to your customers, the challenges you’re facing, and your long-term goals. This helps me craft a clear content strategy from the start, so we can save time and dive straight into creating content that truly aligns with your brand.

  • What if I need to change my shoot date or something comes up?

This happens quite often—busy brands come with busy schedules and last-minute changes. To make things easier for both of us, clear communication is key.

If you need to reschedule, please inform me at least one week in advance, and we’ll arrange a new date. Changes made within 24 hours of the shoot will generally be forfeited, though they may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.

This helps me manage my schedule fairly while remaining flexible whenever possible.

  • This question comes up often:
Why hire me on a monthly retainer for 10 hours when you could hire a full-time staff member?

    Let’s break it down.

A full-time hire typically costs SGD 3,000–5,000 per month, not including CPF and other overheads. That makes sense if you need someone permanently on your team. However, many brands I work with don’t actually need full-time support—they need quality content, created consistently and strategically.

Over the years, I’ve seen brands invest in short-term content and feel disappointed when results don’t come immediately. But in the world of social media, growth comes from consistency and playing the long game.

That’s why I created a monthly retainer—to help brands build content steadily, without the commitment and cost of a full-time hire.

What I bring to the table goes beyond just execution:

    • Experience as a video producer and brand photographer

    • A strategy-led approach, backed by constant research and learning

    • Exposure to multiple styles and genres, with a clear understanding of what works—and what doesn’t

    • The ability to plan and produce content efficiently, so shoots can be done in a short time with strong direction

With a solid content strategy in place, we can create impactful content while freeing up your time to focus on the most important parts of your business.

  • In most cases, 2 hours is sufficient, provided we’ve agreed on the direction and content strategy beforehand.

I don’t offer 1-hour shoots because they tend to feel rushed, with little room to pause, review, or refine ideas. With a 2-hour session, we have the flexibility to reshoot, explore new angles, test last-minute ideas, and adjust based on how the content is coming together.

That breathing space often makes a big difference in the final results. Creativity works best when there’s time to adapt.

If your shoot involves multiple styles or locations, one hour would definitely not be enough. Simply put—the more time we have, the better the outcome.

  • I help with both planning and execution, as well as refining ideas you already have.

At the end of the day, it’s your story, creative direction, and vision—my role is to help bring them to life. Some clients come in with a very clear direction. In those cases, I place my creativity second and focus on executing their vision thoughtfully and beautifully. If your goal is to move from point A to point B, I’ll find the best way to visually get you there—using my experience and creative insight to support your message, not override it.

On the other hand, some clients need help developing ideas and direction from scratch. In those situations, I’m here to guide the process, shape the concept, and build a clear content plan together.

Either way, everything starts with a clear understanding of what we’re creating and how we’re going to do it—before we even begin shooting.

  • I aim to deliver the final content as quickly as possible, often on the same day.

I understand that purchasing photography or videography services can sometimes feel unclear—you can’t see or touch the final product in advance. That’s why I prioritise fast turnaround and clear communication. On shoot days, regardless of whether the session is 2 hours or longer, I usually dedicate the rest of the day to editing.

For videos, a first draft is typically delivered on the same day, giving you more time to review and request changes if needed. In cases where I have overlapping projects or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may extend to within 1 working day, but I’ll always communicate this clearly.

My goal is to keep the process efficient, transparent, and stress-free.

  • Content performance can vary. Sometimes results take time, and other times a piece of content may gain traction very quickly. That’s why I encourage clients to think beyond viral numbers and focus on purpose-driven content, not just immediate results.

You might have a video or photo that goes viral—bringing high engagement and follower growth—but very few sales. On the other hand, you may see lower engagement numbers with only a handful of messages, yet those conversations convert into real customers. Over time, this can help you build a small but loyal community that genuinely supports your brand.

The goal of content is to serve a purpose. If your brand already offers a strong product or service, content exists to help customers connect with you on a more personal level—building trust, credibility, and long-term relationships.

Consistency and clarity matter more than chasing one-off results.
